The following rates are current for 2008. Some dates may require a two or three night minimum.

Pets

Small pets, 25 pounds and under, are welcome with a $20 non-refundable, one-time fee.

 

Reservations

Reservations can be made via phone or email or Check Availability HERE or book online HERE

We will charge 50% of the reservation at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be charged at the time of Check-In.

If you cancel at anytime after booking there will be a $35.00 cancellation fee, per room.

If you cancel within less than 15 days of your arrival date  the deposit for each room reserved will be forfeited.

 

Deposit & Cancellation FESTIVAL & HOLIDAYS:

We will charge 50% of the reservation at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be charged in full 60 days prior to the festivals/holiday beginning date.

If you cancel at anytime after booking there will be a $60.00 cancellation fee, per room.

If you cancel after 4 o’clock p.m. Mountain Standard Time on the Sixtieth day prior to your scheduled date of arrival, the deposit for each room reserved will be forfeited.

You must cancel before 4 o’clock p.m. Mountain Standard Time, the Fifty-Ninth day prior to your scheduled date of arrival, to avoid forfeiting your deposit per room, in its entirety.

If you cancel inside the Sixty-day limit, and after the remaining deposit has been charged in full, no refund will be given unless we are successful at reselling the room.

We will do our best to resell your room up to the last minute, and reserve the right to discount from the Rack Rate in an attempt to get you back all or part of your deposit, and credit you the difference.

If you are entitled to a refund we will make the appropriate credits the first week after the festivals/holiday end date. We do our best to keep track of these situations, and must ask that you also make it a priority to confirm with us that any credits due have been; or will be issued.

General Information

Check-in time is from 3 PM to 7 PM.  Check-out time is 10:30 AM.

Breakfast is served in the downstairs Restaurant from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please call ahead to discuss any special arrangements or dietary concerns you may have.

Smoking is permitted on the upstairs balcony or in front of the entrance, only. Smoking in guest rooms is not permitted. A fee will be assessed for any violation of this policy.
